Office Policies
Appointments
Clients are seen on an appointment basis. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. The full fee will be charged for all appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice.
Fees
Charges for services are set in accordance with the accepted standards of the profession. Payment is due when services are rendered. If this is not possible, please discuss this with me during your session. Fees for Testing and Assessment are available upon request.
Insurance
Dr. Graybill is NOT accepting insurance. All payments must be made at the time of service in cash, check, or credit/debit card. He will provide limited assistance if you choose to seek insurance reimbursement on your own.
Therapeutic Policies
Dr. Graybill will provide you with a comprehensive assessment of your problem. He will make explicit the goals of your evaluation. He will invite you to discuss your progress as we go along. He will keep you informed as to the progress he perceives.
Telephone/Emergency Services
If Dr. Graybill is with an appointment or out of the office, his answering machine will be on. Please leave your message, and the office will return your call as soon as possible. He has chosen an answering machine rather than an answering service to ensure confidentiality. Dr. Graybill is NOT available for emergency or crisis calls. In those instances in which there is a crisis, call 911, St. Francis Hospital Muskogee Emergency Room (918-682-5501), Green County Behavioral Health Crisis Line (918-682-8407), the Oklahoma Mental Health Crisis line 988, or the Suicide Prevention Lifeline (800-273-8255).
